Our Process

We start with the best quality cores which are disassembled using safe and proven processes.
Modules are individually tested under strict guidelines to determine load capacity.
Modules are then capacity graded – keeping only premium modules to ensure product longevity.
A group of premium modules forms a “battery pack,” which is tested by charging, discharging, and re-charging to ensure functionality.
All bus bars connecting modules are upgraded to new nickel-plated bars.
Our battery engineering team oversees the entire process to ensure all safety and rebuild processes are held to the highest standards to deliver an outstanding reliable replacement battery for your customer’s vehicle.
