Cylinder Heads

Our Remanufactured Cylinder Heads undergo precise preparation including careful dis-assembly, cleaning, resurfacing, and re-assembly using new valve stem seals, keepers and locks.  Valve seats are expertly cut, and guides are replaced. Completed units are vacuum tested to assure valve seating.  OHC Heads come complete with camshaft(s), lifters and rockers. 

  • All Heads are pressure tested, resurfaced, cleaned, and assembled using premium valve stem seals, and OHC Heads are supplied complete with camshaft, lifters and rockers all assembled and ready to install.
  • All Heads are packaged in a special reusable plastic tub for shipping protection and core return
  • Valve seats are cut using a three-angle cutting head
  • All valve guides are replaced, not knurled
  • All machining processes and parts used are kept to exact tolerances to meet or exceed OEM clearance specifications
