The first thing I do when I deliver to a new customer is introduce myself and let them know I am here to help in any way possible. If I am unable to help or answer a question, I let them know I will make contacts and find them the answers they need. Through time it begins to be a great relationship between the customer and I. It feels really good to know that you are making a difference for them and to see the smiles on their faces, it makes my day.
