The Policy
We deal fairly with LKQ’s customers, suppliers and competitors and we do not take unfair advantage of anyone through manipulation, concealment, abuse of privileged information, misrepresentation of material facts or any other unfair dealing practice. On legal as well as ethical grounds, we refrain from all dealings with competitors for the purpose of setting or controlling prices, rates, trade practices, costs or any other activity prohibited by laws regulating competition.
