LKQ Corporation (Nasdaq: LKQ) announced today that it has been recognized as a 5-Star Employer in North America and India by the employee engagement platform WorkBuzz.
In August 2022, WorkBuzz invited all employees at LKQ North America and LKQ India to provide confidential employee experience (EX) feedback. It ranged from their opinions on leadership and the organizational direction to the efficacy of line managers, the strength of teamwork, and how empowered individuals feel to do their roles.
In the second year of having the Your Voice Matters engagement survey, participation has increased globally. The Company exceeded its goal for 2025 by 10% and is on track to reach its goal of 76 engagement score.
